Challenges and Solutions:
Educating users about cannabis and establishing Kindling as a trustworthy brand was challenging due to the complexity and lack of trust in the industry. Challenges and Solutions:
The challenge was to help thinktum identify their target market for their complex insurance underwriting AI solution. To accomplish this, extensive research and analysis were conducted, including stakeholder interviews and competition analysis. A solid business model canvas was developed, and various UX exercises, such as jobs to be done, empathy mapping, and value proposition canvas, were utilized to create user personas and a visual customer journey map. These efforts resulted in a deeper understanding of the target market and a clearer road map for the product's design and development. Additionally, wireframes were designed and UI was assisted to provide a seamless user experience.

Website Redesign
Challenges and Solutions:
The objective was to design a website that would captivate and convert users - a unique challenge that required creativity and user-focused design. My approach was to conduct user research through interviews and surveys and use this information to craft a compelling narrative that would bring the Little Potato Company's products to life. Storyboarding exercises were leveraged to develop a cohesive and engaging storyline, and careful attention was paid to the information architecture and user flow to ensure a seamless user experience. One of the key solutions was to incorporate gamification elements throughout the website to encourage users to explore and engage with the content, such as hidden Easter eggs and interactive elements.

The challenge was to take an existing website and create a design system that could be used to streamline the website assets. To accomplish this, a thorough audit of the website's current design elements was conducted. The design system was taken to the next level by implementing an atomic system. This approach allowed the break-down of the website's design elements into reusable components, such as atoms, molecules, and organisms. By doing so, a flexible system was created that could be easily scaled and adapted for future updates. Additionally, the atomic design system helped to streamline the development process by providing a clear structure for the development team to work with. This ensured consistency and a unified look and feel across the website.

Social Media Post Design
Challenges and Solutions:
One of the biggest challenges was creating designs that would stand out on social media platforms where users are constantly bombarded with content. Another challenge was ensuring that the designs were consistent with the companies' brand guidelines.
To address the challenge of creating eye-catching designs, eye-catching graphics and animations were incorporated to immediately capture the users' attention. To ensure that the designs were consistent with the companies' brand guidelines, collaboration with the project managers and media team was done to understand the brand and create designs that aligned with the brand guidelines. Additionally, templates for each company were created to ensure consistency of designs and design elements, even when working on social creative for special campaigns.

As part of my work for SAP, Jacuzzi, and Phantom Screens, I created social media post designs that aimed to showcase their products and services in an engaging and visually appealing way. These designs were developed with the goal of standing out against competitors and similar products in the market, while still maintaining a cohesive brand identity for each company.
