Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes of a designer's brain? Buckle up, because this section is about to take you on a wild ride (okay, maybe not that wild, but definitely a fun exploration) of my UI/UX design projects. Here, you'll find the fruits of my labor (and maybe a few all-nighters fueled by questionable amounts of coffee).

No pressure, but... Each project is a clickable portal to a world of design decisions, user journeys, and happy clients. So, feel free to explore as much or as little as you like – I promise there won't be any pop quizzes

thinktum

Website Redesign

Challenges and Solutions:

The challenge was to help thinktum identify their target market for their complex insurance underwriting AI solution. To accomplish this, extensive research and analysis were conducted, including stakeholder interviews and competition analysis. A solid business model canvas was developed, and various UX exercises, such as jobs to be done, empathy mapping, and value proposition canvas, were utilized to create user personas and a visual customer journey map. These efforts resulted in a deeper understanding of the target market and a clearer road map for the product's design and development. Additionally, wireframes were designed and UI was assisted to provide a seamless user experience.

Little Potato Company

Website Redesign

Challenges and Solutions:

The objective was to design a website that would captivate and convert users - a unique challenge that required creativity and user-focused design. My approach was to conduct user research through interviews and surveys and use this information to craft a compelling narrative that would bring the Little Potato Company's products to life. Storyboarding exercises were leveraged to develop a cohesive and engaging storyline, and careful attention was paid to the information architecture and user flow to ensure a seamless user experience. One of the key solutions was to incorporate gamification elements throughout the website to encourage users to explore and engage with the content, such as hidden Easter eggs and interactive elements.

Layfield

Website Redesign

Challenges and Solutions:

I had the opportunity to work on a challenging project with Layfield, a large company with a diverse range of complex products. As part of the UX team, my role involved conducting user research through stakeholder interviews and creating personas and target markets for multiple products. The challenge was to simplify their complex website, which had inconsistencies in design and navigation issues. To address this, the team developed wireframes to ensure clear project inventory and a cohesive user experience.
